This annotated bibliography is a selection, evaluation and presentation of the most interesting references we have found either in English, French or Spanish on the subject of management, ethics and spirituality (scientific works, professional and popular press, books, audiocassettes, videocassettes, websites, networks, cdroms, etc...).
Its purpose is to assist the men and women (leaders, executives, managers, professionals, consultants, employees, unemployed, researchers, etc.) in their search for more meaningful values and activities in work as well as theories and practical tools on these subjects. We hope this annotated bibliography will help these people to identify the most interesting references, as a great deal of material with very variable depth is nowadays available.
Our research for this bibliography is in progress. We will appreciate if you could suggest references that we have not yet integrated or if you wished to assist us in this - gigantic - task. We plan to release in the future this annotated bibliography on a CDRom, allowing for easy electronic search by themes, first in English, then in other languages.
